Includes a 6” skinner and boner, 7” fillet, 8” butcher all made with a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle, easy to sharpen, which makes them perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use. The pack includes a steel to keep a working edge.
